Shipping and returns
SHIPPING TO NORWAY:
Its free shipping on all products from. . Normally you should be able to pick up the products from your local post office within 2-4 days after we receive your order. The post office will notify you of when you can pick up the package.
You have two weeks to pick up the package from your local post office. If you haven’t picked up the package within this time, it will be returned to us. These are post office regulations. You will also be invoiced for the delivery costs, NOK 100.
If you wish to return a order, please pick it up first and then use the included return shipping label.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Import taxes and duties are prepaid so you only pay the price you on the website.
CUSTOMERS IN SVALBARD, NORWAY:
The post office has introduced a separate fee for packages to Svalbard. For this reason, each order from Svalbard will be charged with this fee, which currently amounts to NOK 100.
RETURNS:
If you for any reason wish to return a order, it can be returned within the first 14 days from the order was received, the item(s) you wish to return has to be unworn and returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels on. You can of course try the products on before deciding to keep it or return it.
Use the return label that came with your order, pack the items you wish to return and deliver it to you local post office. Please keep a receipt for proof of delivered package as you are responsible until it arrives us, then you are safe if the package should be missing on the way to us. If you have lost the return label or can`t find it please email: and we will help you with a new one.
For Norwegian orders you will get a full refund minus 49NOK for the return shipping cost, the refund will be done the same way you paid for the order.
For international orders you will get a full refund minus 15$ for the return shipping cost, the refund will be done the same way you paid for the order.
Your return will be processed as soon we get it at our warehouse and the product(s) are checked.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS:
We have a high focus to make sure we only produce and sell the high quality products. But if you by any chance experience a damage or a fault with your products from us, we will of course repair it or exchange it for a new one. Please understand that this does not include issues or faults that are the result of external forces and/or poor care of your product.
If you receive your order and find it damaged or not the product you ordered then email us within 72 hours of receiving the package. Send us a photograph and explanation of the problem in an email to: When the email is received we will reply shortly with instructions of what to do next.
